We're currently experiencing Australian shipping delays due to covid-19, and have prioritised sending stock to Australian bike retailers. We recommend ordering from your local bike shop, otherwise orders placed from 20th June onwards we will dispatch early-August.
All items are shipped from our warehouse in Tauranga, New Zealand.

Tax, duty and customs charges
Good news. There are no tax, duty or customs charges for any of our Australian orders. Phew!

We offer a no questions asked, 60-day money back guarantee on all items. If you wish to return your item, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us to let us know you’d like to return your item
- We will then issue you with a return number
- When you ship the item please note the return number on the box
- Please also include a copy of your packing slip or invoice inside the package
After receiving and approving your return, we’ll issue a full refund via the method you originally paid with. This will exclude any shipping costs we incurred on your original order.
Order changes and cancellations
Please contact us immediately if any changes are needed for your order, including a cancellation. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, customers will need to refer to our returns policy.
